It can be difficult to "grab" sometimes so you may need to Zoom in to make it easier and lay off the coffee before-hand :-) If the "ruler" isn't visible, you can make it visible from the "View" tab - just put a check-mark next to "Ruler". If your "ruler" is visible across the top and left side of the window, "grab" the the marker indicating where the applicable margin is and drag it to where you want it. You can also access "Page Setup" from the PRINT window when you're previewing your document. 3-On the "Margins" tab, manually change the (left) margins as necessary and make sure that "Apply to Whole document" is selected at the bottom. 2-Open "Page Setup" (there should be a small arrow to access these settings to the right of the words "Page Setup"). The printer driver is substituting screen fonts at certain view.
